Ron spent sixteen (16) years in Washington DC. A major responsibility in his time there was reviewing, negotiating, and analyzing legislation. Ron was a significant part in the crafting of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act. He continues to provide clients analysis of both Federal and state legislation.

Ron gained experience in moderating panels and guests through work at NAWB’s annual Forum and other conferences, and his top rated podcast series. He is frequently asked to both present at conferences and also to moderate panel discussions and/or one-on-one interviews.

Ron has provided strategic planning assistance to numerous local organizations, and has conducted orientation sessions for local & state workforce Baord members on their roles & responsibilities. He has provided technical assistance to Federal grantees, and continues to advise projects on apprenticeship, returning citizens and the utilization of virtual reality.
